Carrie Ramirez
Business Operations Director Carrie L. Ramirez was born and raised in San Jose, CA. She attended The University of Arizona, Tucson where she studied Business, Public Administrations, and Criminal Justice. Carrie brings tremendous diversity of practical business experience to her role as Business Operations Director to Sagaria Law. Her unique blend of operational, strategic and marketing expertise helps Sagaria Law drive individual and business results through various business, sales, marketing & organizational strategies. Carrie joined the Sagaria Law team in June 2008. Prior to joining Sagaria Law, Carrie spent over 12 years developing and managing high performance teams in competitive sectors. Range of experience in diverse industries is an advantage that Carrie brings to her team and clients. She has a unique understanding of both the entrepreneurial mindset and the challenges one faces in maneuvering through large organizations. Carrie leads and manages the administrative assistant team; along with the customer care team. Carrie is responsible for all operational aspects of running Sagaria Law and is involved with expansion and growth of new offices and staff. Carrie and her teams perform all sales and marketing functions, conduct all human resource management for the firm and is the benefits administrator. Client care and support is one of Carrie’s strengths and she enjoys working with each new client to ensure overall satisfaction and success. Carrie is married with a toddler and has a stepson who attends Pioneer High School. She and her husband own a local restaurant and bar in downtown Campbell, CA. In her free time she enjoys her family and pets, in addition to traveling and photography.
