Erica Rendler was born and raised in San Jose, California. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where she earned a B.A. in both Political Science and Mass Communications. Erica is a Case Analyst at Sagaria Law and brings over 6 years of specialized bankruptcy expertise to the firm. Erica manages Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy case proceedings. Prior to joining Sagaria Law, Erica was a Relief Courtroom Deputy and Case Management Analyst for the United States Bankruptcy Court, San Jose Division. Ms. Rendler performed over 4 years of federal judiciary service, attending bankruptcy court sessions and conferences and acting as a liaison with the Clerk's Office, the bar, trustees, chambers staff and the judges to ensure smooth and efficient case progress. In 2009, Erica was selected to represent the Northern District of California at the National Bankruptcy Operations Forum in Fort Worth, TX. Erica helped lead interactive training sessions in the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office and collaborated with US Courts Administrators on improving bankruptcy practices and adhering to changes in law and filing requirements.
