Originally from Southern California, Richard Kwun is an 8 year resident of Sacramento County.  Mr. Kwun began practicing law with some of Sacramento's most seasoned bankruptcy attorneys. In addition to his law degree, Richard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Richard is a seasoned consumer law attorney, representing his debtor clients in both bankruptcy Chapter 7 and 13. Richard has also taken creditor side work in order to represent debtor clients more effectively.  He also served as a former Managing Attorney for a large national mega-corporation. Preferring the one-on-one approach in a local firm, Richard prides himself on being readily accessible to his clients.  Richard has been a valuable resource for other local bankruptcy practioners needing help in prosecuting their Chapter 13 cases.
