Tina Phan was born and raised in San Jose, California. She attended the University of California, Davis for her undergraduate education and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Asian American Studies. From there she attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where she obtained her J.D. in 2006. During law school, Tina was involved in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association; an organization that involves law students in various community aid projects. She has worked in Los Angeles and Orange County in the areas of insurance defense litigation as well as business litigation before focusing on family law. Tina specializes in family law, bankruptcy and creditor negotiation cases for Sagaria Law.
