The fact that these courses are required for bankruptcy should not deter anyone from filing. The fees are small in comparison to the accumulating debt that potential bankruptcy filers feel mounting on a daily basis.  These courses are designed to inform and educate, and often provide clarity and practices for financial stability that they otherwise would not receive.  Each course takes 45 minutes to an hour and is followed by a short quiz.
